What we collect
Your mobile phone number, your name if you give it to us, whether you have opted in or out, and the messages sent to and from the program number. We collect this only to run the Daily Lecture Updates text program.
How we use it
Only to send you the program messages you signed up for, to respond when you text us, and to honor HELP and STOP requests.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time.
Sharing
We will not share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Your number is processed only by the service providers needed to deliver the messages (our SMS carrier and hosting provider), and only for that purpose.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your information while you are subscribed. After you reply STOP we keep a record of the opt-out so we never text you again. To ask us to delete your information, contact chezkyperl@gmail.com or by replying HELP to (845) 906-0550.
Security
Access to member information is restricted to the program's administrators.
